Although the majority of projects are within the Inner suburbs of Sydney – the locations range from Wollongong to Gosford and as far west as Penrith.

The apartments are contained within 42 projects with 18 councils – several large but also many boutique developments which we enjoy designing.

All new designs being developed since July take into consideration the aspects of the New Apartments Design Guide.
