BKA have just lodged another Hotel project to give new life to a rundown warehouse building in Haberfield.
The design has evolved in response to Councils vision for the Enterprise Corridor and has resulted in providing an architectural expression sympathetic to the character of Haberfield conservation area and its prominent corner location.
The new building will have 77 rooms coming off a unique central corridor pierced with voids and abundant internal gardens and skylights. The design acknowledges the historical significance of Haberfield as the first successful Garden Suburb in Australia.
