Located a short walk from Epping Station, Watsons Grove consists of 141 luxury apartments. The project has a boutique atmosphere spread over three buildings and five levels.
Each building has its own identity; subtle differences in the treatment of entry spaces, landscaping and material selection assist define each building.
Large areas of glazing in living spaces open onto expansive terraced courtyards and balconies with great district views. Apartments are passively designed with living spaces orientated to maximise solar access.
